At the brewery, we name our derbys after the first negative commentor who had more than 3 in a single sitting.

This ensures we set a low bar, and then manage to come under it.

Inspired by a local beer that rhymes with Smishesippi, this is a classic amber ale with balanced malts with a clean bitter finish. An ideal beer for regaling (or venting) to a loved one about the daily exploits.

Grains are all from Quebec, with three German hops and driven by American Ale Yeast. Things have been hectic at the brewery - I would wait until the 25th before cracking.
