This is Private Reserve in the truest sense. This was supposed to be what the brewmaster was going to serve to friends and family over the holiday. However the order for yeast for another beer didn't come in and so I'll be lining up with all of you at the LCBO this season.

Called "a mild", this Irish Red goes down easy and is perfect for watching football games or a parade. Grains from Quebec and Lanark using west coast hops. Yeast (which did come in) is a classic ale yeast (WLP001). It's smoothed out using honey from Clearydale Farm (Spencerville).
