A brown ale base with a raspberry addition in secondary - it drinks very similar to a lambic but with more body. In between a wine and a beer it has a strong raspberry nose with an ideal balance between the bittering hops and malt. We don't believe in perfection at On the DL.

Organic Raspberries are from Rubicon Farms in Avonmore, ON. Hops are from outside Stuggart,GE (Weissach) with malts from Guelph, ON.
